All sales are final, and there are no returns or exchanges on any products.

For contamination purposes, we cannot accept products for return or exchange (unless we sent a wrong product and the product has not been tampered with or malfunction of the product).

Any Item refused and/or returned to us will be charged for shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

Once the order is placed and you ask us to cancel it there will be 20% restocking fee of the total order, including shipping charges.

If you choose to have your package send by USPS Priority Mail and you will not purchase proper amount of insurance for your package we will not be responsible if the package will be lost, stolen or damage on the way to the delivery destination.

WARNING: IF YOU CHOOSE TO FILE DISPUTE WITH CREDIT CARD THAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND WE WILL WIN THE DISPUTE, THERE WILL BE A $30.00 CHARGE BACK FEE PLACED ON THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES SHIPPED OUT SIDE OF USA EVEN IF THE INSURANCE IS PURCHASED.

WE PROVIDE SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER BUT SINCE IT IS AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGE OF THE PACKAGE ON THE WAY TO YOU.
